Powder with Shiitake mushroom

Powder made from finely ground sun dried “shiitake” mushrooms, cultivated in a mountainous area, with roasted salt, sugar and aromatic spices.
Mainly used as a vegetarian mushroom soup – “shiitake cha”, as well as a gourmet seasoning and the basis for soups, steamed or simmered dishes of Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Western cuisine.
