Ingredients: “Sushi no tane” carrots, sugar glucose fructose syrup (from corn), lotus roots, bamboo shoots, fried beancurd, dried gourd shavings, shiitake mushroom, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), frozen beancurd, fermented seasoning, mono sodium L-Glutamate, bonito stock, scallop extract, citric acid, acetic acid, disodium 5-inosinate.
“Funmatsu Sushisu (Powdered sushi vinegar)” sugar, salt, vinegar powder, tartaric acid, mono sodium fumarate, malic acid, mono sodium L-Glutamate.
