    Instructions / Метод приготовления

    1. Add the tea to a glass container with a tight lid. Pour the bottle of vodka in to cover the tea leaves. Cover with a lid, and shake gently, periodically. Should be steeped in the vodka for only 10 hours (maximum for one night). Any longer makes the liqueur bitter, due to tannins in the tea.
    2. Prepare a simple syrup of sugar or honey and some water. Place 1 cup of sugar (or honey) with water in a medium saucepan, over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved and becomes transparent. Remove from heat and allow to cool. (Sugar strengthens the flavor and aroma of green tea, while the honey brings its own characteristics.)
    3. Strain the infused vodka through a coffee filter.
    4. Add the sweet syrup to the vodka and stir well. Keep in a tightly closed glass container. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
    5. Consumed as an aperitif or digestive. Serve straight, on the rocks or as a base for more complex cocktails.
