Prevention of cold and influenza

It is already known that green tea contains substances that destroy certain types of bacteria, such as Vibrio cholera, which cause cholera.

Not long ago a Japanese scientist named Shimamura proved that compound catechins from green tea also inhibit the influenza virus. He found that “epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG)” and “theaflavin degallate (TFDG)” connect to glycoproteins on the surface of virus membranes, protecting them from infection and further replication.

For the prevention of colds and flu it is recommended to rinse the mouth and throat with green tea.
After the first and second infusion of tea, make the third and fourth brew with boiling hot water.

Then cool and use as gargle rinse during the day.
