Funmatsu Genmaicha “Tabechauzo Powder Tea” is a powdered green tea (funmatsucha)and brown rice(in Japanese is known as “gemmai”) which contains the full amount of vitamin E from the tea leaves that would normaly be lost.
Funmatsucha Tea is a micro-ground instant green tea obtained by milling tea leaves and gemmai. It is very easy to brew: put some tea, pour hot water and stir. It is the most healthy popular drink in the Japanese sushi bars and restaurants. It can also be used as an additive in cooking and confectionery.

How to store green tea:

Green tea benefits from being stored in a cool dry place where the temperature does not fluctuate very much. Tea is very good at absorbing odours so keep it away from anything smelly.
After opening the package, please close the lid firmly and keep it in a refrigerator. Please remember that tea is a fresh product and short-term use after opening is strongly recommended.
